How can I use CrowdFame as a Vendor?

To get started as a Vendor on CrowdFame, follow these steps:

Download the App: Visit the App Store or Google Play Store to download the CrowdFame app.‍
Sign Up or Sign In: Once downloaded, sign up or log in using your Apple ID, Google account, or email address.‍
Create Your Profile: Fill out your business information, including a business description, profile image, and banner. You can choose to display your business as a Vendor to Event Creators and other vendors. Add images showcasing your business, services, and products.‍
Discover Events: Select the “Discover” icon to explore events near your location. Review event details and, when you're ready, click on “Join Event.”‍
Select Your Space: In the “Join Event” tab, you can review the Venue Map, Vendors Accepted, and prices for available spaces. Choose the space you want to purchase and proceed to make the payment directly to the Event Creator using a valid credit or debit card.

As a Vendor, you'll receive an email receipt for the event, and the events you join will be listed under your “Events Joined” tab in the app. Your profile will also be displayed on the event's detail screen under “CrowdFame Joined!”

What should I know about setting up my Vendor profile?

When setting up your profile: Ensure you complete all the required fields on both pages of your profile, especially if a referral code applies. You must provide a valid business email to purchase event spaces. Your public business profile, which includes your Business Name, Business Description, City, State, and Website, can be seen by Event Creators and other vendors. Private business information such as Business Email, Phone Number, Name, Personal Email, and How Did You Hear About Us can only be viewed by you.

What is the Vendor Questionnaire Form, and why is it important?

The form will be reviewed and approved or denied by the Event Creator. You'll receive notifications through the app, email, and mobile push notifications. Once reviewed, the event will be labeled as "Accepted" or "Denied." If it's "Accepted," you can proceed to purchase your space for the event.

How can I use a private referral code from an Event Creator to join an event?

Accepted Answer

Follow the steps below to input your private referral code:

Make sure you have the latest version of the CrowdFame App
Complete your vendor profile and select next
Include a valid business email in the profile description, and complete your profile
Enter the referral code at the bottom of the second page and click save
If you have more than one referral code, click to edit your profile and enter the additional referral codes
Once the code is entered, you will be able to see the event in the Discover tab.

Yes! We are actively developing the app and releasing updates regularly. Our team listens to feedback from our customers and then we add features in a backlog for our development team to start working on in a priority order.
